Ingredients

potatoes                                                           6 pcs.  
minced meat (pork, beef)                                   200 g
cheese (grated + burger)                                   1 tbsp.  + Taste
chicken eggs                                                     1 pc.
flour                                                                 1-2 tbsp
red onion                                                          1 pc
Mustard (beaded)                                              taste
vegetable oil                                                      1 tbsp.
pickled cucumber (gherkin)                                 taste
salt                                                                   taste
Provencal herbs                                                 taste 
black pepper                                                      taste

 

1. I offer an interesting option burgers where bread rolls are replaced by potato "cutlets". If you make burgers small size, you can move them as a snack.

3. The potatoes add the egg, flour, salt, pepper to taste and mix well.

4. From the resulting mass to form a "cutlets" the right size, put on a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees until golden color (when fry one side, turn them over to fry the other).

5. In minced meat add the onion (I had beef mixed with onions), grated cheese, salt, pepper and Provence herbs (optional). Mix well.

 6. Make meat cutlets (the same size as the potato cutlets) and fry in a pan in a small amount of oil on both sides until golden brown. Then put the patties in the oven and cook until ready.

7. Cut cucumber, red onion rings and cheese.

 8. On potato "cutlet" put grain mustard, a slice of cucumber.

9. Top with hot meat cutlet, put the onion, slice of cheese burger and cover with the second half of the potato.

10. Serve the burgers immediately garnished with fresh vegetables. If you make them small in size, it can be submitted as a snack. Optionally, you can add to the burger ketchup or a favorite sauce.
